Return/Exchange is accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered.

Request must be made within 24–48 hours of delivery with unboxing video.

Saree must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags

Customized/Pre-stitched blouse sarees

Color variation issues (due to lighting/mobile screen)

Process:

1. Share your order number + unboxing video to our support team.


2. Our team will verify the issue.


3. We will arrange pickup or ask you to send the saree back.


4. You can choose a replacement or refund

Refund Method

Refund will be done to UPI/Bank Transfer within 3–7 business days.

COD orders will receive refund only via UPI/Bank Transfer.
